About Loved & Lifted Abilities
Loved & Lifted Abilities exists to equip special needs ministries, churches, and Christian educators with faith-based resources that support children with disabilities in learning, understanding, and experiencing the Word of God in ways that are accessible, meaningful, and rooted in love.
Children with disabilities are often unintentionally overlooked in spiritual spaces—not because of a lack of care, but because many churches lack the tools and training needed to support emotional regulation, communication differences, and diverse learning needs. Loved & Lifted Abilities was created to help bridge that gap.
Our resources unite biblical truth with social-emotional learning (SEL) to support children as whole persons—mind, body, and spirit. When framed through Scripture, SEL becomes a practical way to help children develop emotional regulation, confidence, and self-understanding while remaining firmly grounded in a Christian worldview.
Each tool is thoughtfully designed to be:
- Gentle and non-overwhelming for children
- Practical and easy to implement for ministry teams
- Accessible for children of all abilities
- Flexible enough to meet children where they are
Loved & Lifted Abilities is created by a Christian special education teacher, mother, and servant in special needs ministry. Through experience in both educational and church settings, I have seen the deep need for resources that support not only spiritual formation, but also the emotional and developmental skills children need to engage meaningfully with faith.
Ultimately, this ministry exists to help churches and families create environments where children with disabilities are welcomed, supported, and equipped to grow in their relationship with Christ—not through pressure or performance, but through truth, compassion, and consistent care.
Loved & Lifted Abilities is committed to empowering churches, parents, and educators with tools that make biblical teaching clear, visual, and developmentally supportive, so every child can discover their identity in God: chosen, loved, capable, and wonderfully made.
