About the Creator

Meet the Creator

Hi, I’m Kimberlee — a special education teacher, believer, and the heart behind Loved & Lifted.

Through my work in education and ministry, I began to see a pattern: many churches deeply love children but feel unsure how to support those with behavioral, emotional, or developmental differences. I saw families who longed to stay in church but struggled to find environments where their child could truly succeed and belong.

God placed a burden on my heart — that no family would ever feel they must leave the Church because their child could not be supported.

My Calling

Loved & Lifted is more than a business to me — it is a ministry.

My prayer is to help churches move beyond simply managing behavior and toward truly discipling children of all abilities. I believe every child, regardless of communication level, emotional regulation, or developmental differences, can experience God’s love and grow in faith when given the right support.

I am passionate about equipping ministries with practical, compassionate, and Christ-centered tools so children with disabilities are not just included — but fully welcomed, supported, and brought to Jesus.

My Background

I hold a background in Severe Developmental Disabilities, a Master’s degree in Autism Spectrum Disorders, and an Educational Specialist degree in Special Education Leadership.

Through this training, along with real-world experience supporting children with complex behavioral, emotional, and communication needs, God has equipped me to understand both the child and the environment around them — including how to support the adults, volunteers, and ministry systems that serve them.

My heart is to equip churches with practical, compassionate, and faith-centered tools so they can confidently support children with diverse needs and help every child participate, connect, and grow in Christ.

My Prayer

My prayer is simple:

That churches become places where children of all abilities are understood, supported, and welcomed…
That families feel safe and seen…
And that every child has the opportunity to experience the love of Jesus and grow in a relationship with Him.
